Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Plc Direct D4-08B-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Daikin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bauer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the D50AIM410V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRPOD45P5AJE manufactured by Daikin and we are pleased to be able to service most Daikin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19341484 by Manufacturer Bauer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Speed-Control Brand 8600SCR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danfoss such as 131B4206 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PT5C54SBR1DLF00A00C0 made by Danfoss as well as the popular AKS55K original spares produced by Daikin

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 131B0039 by Danfoss and 131B4206 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 176B1111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfoss.
